On behalf of our client AMRO identified the property and negotiated terms to acquire a well-known freehold industrial property in Bristol. The property had been badly vandalised and was in poor internal repair. Our client planned to refurbish the property for use as a self-store.
Surprisingly, our client decided not to occupy the premises and asked us to let or sell the property. After a short marketing period of 3 months, we subsequently received several offers and sold the property for substantially more than the original purchase price to a local business.
