On behalf of a German construction company AMRO were instructed to secure a freehold industrial/warehouse premises with large external yard, and providing fast access to the M25, M4 and M1 motorways.
AMRO secured two adjoining premises on Waterside Drive, Langley, Heathrow. The property matched our client’s requirements in terms of accommodation and location. We were also fortunate to acquire the surrounding yard and parking areas that were in a separate ownership. Both deals completed on the same day delivering a clean freehold title to our client.
