Our client’s business involves supplying aircraft engine components and providing maintenance services to customers based at Stansted Airport in Essex. AMRO identified a suitable warehouse unit located on the popular Taylors End industrial estate, 1 mile from the terminal building at Stansted. We agreed suitable lease terms with the landlord and completed the deal a few weeks later. Lease terms included a schedule of condition to limit our clients repairing obligation and future dilapidations liability.
