On behalf of our clients, AVIVA Pensions, AMRO reported on the value of a single let industrial and warehouse asset. The valuation was provided in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards.
In addition to the valuation, AMRO provided general asset management advice which prompted our client to enter lease renewal negotiations resulting in a lease renewal with the tenant.
